Explore the Hall

The Kibworth Grammar School Hall is part of the old Grammar School. Following a long campaign to save the building, it was turned in to a community facility and we now offer four rooms for hire, along with a range of regular activities.

Access for all
We have ramped access, and accessable toilets. All fire exits are level.

Main Hall
The old school hall is large enough for weddings, discos, conferences and theatre. It can accommodate 170 sitting in rows or 145 at tables. It has a wooden floor that is suitable for a range of activities.

Regular activities in the Hall include yoga, karate and theatre events arranged by the two local theatre groups - Last Minute Theatre and Kibworth Theatre Company.

We can lay out the Hall in a number of ways.

The Lounge
Our lounge, at 60m2 is as big as some halls!
It is carpetted and ideal for meetings, children's parties, seminars, small lectures and coffee mornings. You can use the main kitchen but there is also a small kitchen, suitable for making hot drinks, which makes this room ideal and self contained.



The Studio

With a wooden sprung floor, and windows along one side of the room, this is a beautiful room for meetings, keep fit activities (such as pilates, yoga and dance) and children's parties.







The Meeting Room
Our upstairs meeting room can be set up theatre, seminar and board room style. It is great value for meeting clients - and we can help arrange coffee, tea and refreshments.






All bookings include crockery and cutlery, chairs and tables and access to kitchen facilities and toilets.
We also have access to tv, video, projector screens, flip charts, insulated jugs and urns.
